Oak Glen

My dream house...

We spent the day at Oak Glen with my mom and sister and niece while Davey put a new roof on his parents house down in San Diego. It was soooo insanely beautiful.

This is probably the most perfect spot I've ever been to. Okay, American colonial home (check). Farm (check). Acres of woods, orchards, streams, animals (check). Kidlets running free (check). Warm California weather (check). I could die a happy woman here.

Love seeing them run like this!

I can't believe what a mini man he looks like! Even little muscles and all!

My sister and Corissa.

Isn't she a doll?!

Who says California doesn't have seasons?? We do. When it dips down to a frigid 75 degrees....the leaves turn orange ;)

.... But it's still warm enough for grapes.

*Siiiiigh* Now that's my kind of home.

Levi and Koty plucking strawberries right off the bush! Yep. I let them eat them. Dirt and all.

Levi enjoying the plunder.

The leader of the pack ;)

I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day to spend with the kids and my mom and sister. Even though by the end of the day I was EXHAUSTED!! Running around a farm with 3 kids (4 if you count my niece) is not an easy task sans hubby! But totally worth it. Especially for the little ones. I know they made memories to last forever. Not to mention I got photos that every time I look at make me smile from ear to ear! Totally going to be a wall arrangement.

I would write more, but life is fast right now. I'm lucky I've gotten this much done. My Kade is about to wake up from his nap and I've got about two baskets of laundry anxiously awaiting my arrival. Oh, and a sink of dishes that would love my attention too. Aah the life of a housewife and mama....

Happy Autumn!

Seriously Shell, I'm telling you I'm gonna hire a maid. How do 5 bodies (3 of which are tiny) make this much laundry???

So this was Riley's Farm. It's the first stop once you get into Oak Glen. You guys should go soon, it's so pretty with all the leaves changing color!!

Miss you tons too. Let's get together again, and I promise I will leave Kaden at home! He is officially too old for girls night out ;) If he's not sleeping...he's not invited!! Hahaha...

Love ya lady.

Miss your blog and hearing about how things are going in your lives. I hope everything is going really well and the reason you are not blogging is that you are super busy and super happy.
